Instructions:
1. Browse to a local image file on your PC.
2. Click on image to pick a color
3. You can optionally change the sample dimension (pixels)
4. Then click on "DMC pick this color" link or "Beads pick this color" or Other buttons
or other buttons to pass that color onto the respective Color Picker
